I went to this place on the recommendation of a person that used to work here. At first I was very excited to have them work on my car. However, the more I went the more I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I believe what started out as a healthy relationship with the business turned into something that ended up costing me a lot of money, time, and frustration. I took my bmw m3 e46 convertible here a lot. I had the transmission replaced as well as the convertible top replaced. There were more repairs but I do not remember. I myself do not have any experience with automobiles but I had the means to pay for all my repairs. I believe the owners were under the impression that I would do anything to fix my car and I believe they took advantage of that. Upon my second to last time bringing my car in they allegedly fixed what was wrong with my car but when I drove to the beach later that day something broke and it didn’t make sense to me that it wasn’t taken care of preemptively. The owners acted like they had no idea what was wrong with my car after I told them about it and despite my long relationship with them they did nothing to remedy the situation. I sank thousands of dollars into repairing my car only to not be taken seriously. I would strongly advise anyone who seeks to have work done here that they do what they can to hold this shop accountable. I believe they have the capacity to fix most vehicles but I find their business ethics and practices very questionable.
Fabian, We are disappointed to see your review. Our customers and their feedback are very important to us. According to our records, we have not serviced you nor your vehicles in over 4 years. The second to last time you visited us, we replaced the SMG module because the transmission light came on and it felt like it was stuck in first gear. This remedied the problem. We never replaced your transmission, we serviced your transmission with the parts you provided a year before your last visit. We repaired the items you requested. Before you stopped using us, you brought up a concern with your vehicle that we could not duplicate. Without the ability to duplicate the issue, we could not comfortably recommend a repair. We are sorry that you were not pleased with the service you received 4 years ago but, please know we always do our best for our customers and we always encourage our customers to contact us if they ever have any questions or concerns.
