Terrible service. My paperwork for the inspection was done after 20 minutes and was sitting on the front desk for another 30. The woman at the desk handed it to her coworker who put it on the table and forgot about it. And when I complained she had a bad attitude. Absolute waste of time, bad treatment of customers, and I will never come here again. Response to the owner: Thanks for checking the security cameras. I made a phone call right when I arrived and checked the time when I left. I was there for 50 minutes. It is disappointing that you would not trust a review from a guest and then attempt to fabricate the truth for the larger public. Thanks for letting me know that your inspections take 45 minutes to an hour. I have had inspections at other locations every year and they have lasted MAX 20 minutes. As it happens, the inspection was actually done in 20 minutes. I watched a guy from the shop bring in a paper, put it on the desk, and Rhiannon picked it up without looking at it and put it on the man's desk next to her, who proceeded to ignore it. I wondered what the paper was, and found out 30 minutes later that it was my inspection paper. I did receive an apology from Rhiannon, which I appreciate, but then she proceeded to rudely question the things I was saying about length of time for inspection. I don't appreciate the way that you've handled this matter. Instead of accepting that this shouldn't have happened and stopping after the apology, you've attempted to explain yourselves and belittle the honest feedback that I've given.
