Had a slow leak in my tire and stopped in to get it checked out. I was a walk-in during a bit of a rush and was still out of there in under an hour. Patch job was $16 and everyone was super friendly and professional.

I went to get my state inspection and was pleased with the service and quick turnaround on when they took my vehicle and got it back to me in 20 mins.( I was having it done at 4:30 on Wednesday) The waiting area is clean and has a few TVs. My only issue was that they gave me a invoice with all potential preventative services without asking me if I needed them and the prices were a little high for me. They seem like a respectable establishment I may try again soon.

I've been here a couple times now and have always been impressed. I've only been by for oil changes but each experience has been priced well, fast and had great customer service.

As a petite woman who was never raised on car etiquette, Billy and the staff as a whole do their very best to inform and educate their customers as well as satisfy their needs- rather than make you feel like you're caught in some sales scam. Some of the techs have even gone so far as to take me back to show me the parts they were working on so I could better understand. After several accommodations from Billy, I can honestly say he is a genuine human being. Every encounter is a positive one, regardless of how busy they are. Nobody likes to wait around for their car, but the staff make it as enjoyable as possible. This is the only Goodyear I'll take my car to. You guys are awesome rock on!

I've been taking my car to Garrett Troff for over 10 years. He is honest, he's fair, he's reliable, and he goes out of his way to help you if you're stranded or need help immediately. I can't say enough good things about him I wouldn't take my cars to anyone else. I met Garrett when he worked at BMW and he worked on my car then. I have two Mercedes and BMW and a Toyota truck and he services them better than any dealership could possibly he knows how to work on any car you bring him and he does it in a timely manner. I went by here yesterday to get my car inspected and there was a long line, but they got me in and out in record time. Everyone behind the counter was super friendly and attentive and you could tell this was like a family business. They seemed to genuinely care about each customers experience! I will definitely return again when I need my car serviced.
