2 hours for an inspection and battery change with an appointment with a 9% markup on everything to cover shop expenses. Ended up paying $70 after the cost of a battery for them to take their time to swap it out. I guess their labor charges make sense if it takes that long to do a simple task. Next time I’ll call AAA that will come and do it for free without having to leave my house.
Hi Eric, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and opinion with us. We value all customer feedback as it helps us continually improve. An inspection, typically, takes about 45 minutes due to the complimentary courtesy check we perform on every vehicle. The courtesy check can sometimes take a little longer on older vehicles. After the courtesy check, we completed the estimate and performed the battery replacement. We, personally, believe 2 hours seems to be about typical for the amount of work performed on your vehicle. Also, we go based on the dealer's recommended service time to determine our labor charges. It is always our goal to provide every customer with the best service and repairs. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you would like to discuss further or if we can be of further assistance. Thank you.
